Beschreibung

Bench cable for connecting compatible programming tools to Bosch ECM4 engine control units fitted to selected Volvo, Renault and Mack trucks. Select the cable version to match your programming tool.

The Bosch ECM4 is a heavy-duty diesel engine ECU using the Infineon TC299 microcontroller. Supported bench procedures connect through the ECU connector without opening the ECU casing.

Vehicle applications

Selected Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks and Mack Trucks fitted with Bosch ECM4. Documented engine applications include Volvo D13K, Renault DTI13 and Mack MP8 13-litre diesel engines. Fitment and supported operations depend on the exact ECU and the selected tool's current coverage.

Before use

Confirm the ECU identification and supported protocol in your programming tool software before connecting. Follow the tool manufacturer's connection and power-supply instructions and ensure the required software licence is active.

Supplied as one bench cable in the selected tool configuration. Programming tool, ECU and power supply are not included.
