We aim to resolve complaints directly and fairly. If a consumer complaint cannot be resolved, we will provide any information about alternative dispute resolution that applicable law requires. CreativeOBD is not committed to using a particular alternative dispute resolution provider unless we expressly agree to do so or the law requires it.
Our Terms and Conditions explain the law and courts applicable to contracts with CreativeOBD. Consumers retain any mandatory protections that apply in the country or territory where they habitually live.
