Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Contact our support team as soon as possible at support@creativeobd.co.uk and we'll do our best to resolve any issues.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries. To enquire about shipping to a different destination not listed, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We are Very busy ALL the time. How long it will take to receive your order depends on several factors including our workload, component availability and the package destination.

If everything is in stock, we can normally give an indication of shipping times.

If we need to assemble cables to order it could be several days lead-time during busy times.

For a more precise lead-time, please contact us.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Please contact us at support@creativeobd.co.uk and we can provide information about product returns and cancellations.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s). The refund process length may differ dependant on how the order was paid.
