We ship our products worldwide. If your location is not listed on the website, please get in touch and we will add this to our list of destinations.
UK Customers are required to pay 20% VAT on all orders purchased through our company.
UK customers are eligible for free shipping if they spend over £100 in one single order. During promotional offers we will include free shipping for under £100 for a limited time only.
International Shipping
All customers who live outside the UK will be required to pay customs duties on their orders. This will be requested when your parcel has reached customs and payment by the customer will be necessary to allow their order to clear customs. The cost of this will vary depending on the carrier used and the quantity of the order placed and the county it is going to. If payment has not been received within several days of the courier trying to reach the customer the parcel will be returned back us. The cost of this shipping will not be refunded.
Once shipping has been processed our customers will receive a tracking reference number direct to their email address which was provided on the sales order. This will give detailed information about where your parcel is and when it is out for delivery.
Shipping Delivery Times
Delivery times on each shipment are an estimation only and can be subject to delays. Occasionally parcels sent outside the UK can be held up in customs due to inspections or further information needed from the shipper or customer.
The delivery time is NOT an estimation of the manufacturing lead time to complete your order but the time it takes once collected from our workshop to reach the customers destination. During busy periods and depending on the size of your order, customers can expect to wait up to 7 business days for cables to move through production.
Competitive shipping rates
At CreativeOBD we offer express shipping to every country worldwide. Our main couriers are DHL Express and Domestic, and FedEx Priority and Domestic. Our logistic and admin team at CreativeOBD work hard to continually review our shipping rates to ensure we offer you the lowest price possible for every destination. We do not make any profit on our shipping and charge a marginal amount to cover our own costs of shipping labels, boxes, and packaging. Shipping costs are factored into each personal order, based on the individual unit weight, and are charged at the checkout when completing your order on the website.
We aim to ensure your shipping journey is smooth running and will be alerted if there are any possible delays during transit. Our estimated delivery time for express shipments is between 2-4 days and standard shipping can take between 3-6 days unless there is a hold-up on payment for customs fees, which are met by the customer. We will notify you directly via email if our couriers are awaiting further information, or having problems delivering to your address. For certain regions, 3 copies of commercial invoices are attached to the package to speed up the shipping process. Tracking information is automatically issued to our customers on dispatch of the order to enable customers to monitor the parcel journey.
Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost or sent to the incorrect address please notify us as soon as possible and inform us of the following information:
Order number and date for when you placed the order on the website
Full accurate delivery address
Any further relevant delivery instructions
Engage with any requests made by the courier regarding additional information necessary to assist with delivery of your goods
Collect your order from any parcel shop or drop off point within the given time frame imposed by the courier.
If you would like to return an item because it is faulty or damaged or incorrect please contact a member of our team at support@creativeobd.co.uk and we will do our best to deal with your issue and arrange a replacement or rectify the faulty product.
