AutoVEI Truck Explorer Update and Support renews the service attached to an existing Truck Explorer system for 12 months.

Included

• Access to the current Truck Explorer software
• VEI and DirectConnect 2U firmware fixes and improvements
• Help with using the VEI device
• MR/PLD flash-file database downloads, limited by AutoVEI to five files per day and 20 per month
• Ability to purchase additional licences and tokens while the subscription is valid

• Requires existing AutoVEI hardware
• The subscription is tied to its hardware/user and is not transferable
• Repair-process consultation is not included
• AutoVEI requires an active subscription when purchasing additional licences
• Renewal cost may depend on how long the previous subscription has been expired; contact CreativeOBD before ordering if it has already expired
