AutoVEI DirectConnect 2U is the Truck Explorer bench and boot interface for control-module memory read/write, programming and bench diagnostics.
Supported work
- Bench programming and diagnostics through a module-specific DC2 cable
- BSL and TriCore bootloader modes
- Motorola BKG and NEC serial bootloader modes
- JTAG and BDM access
- J1708, BSL UART, SPI/SCI and MBench communication
Requirements
- Works only with Truck Explorer and a VEI V6, V7 or V8 interface
- A control-module-specific DC2 cable is required for bench connection
- The appropriate BSL adapter or JTAG/BDM dongle is required for boot work
